Can someone tell me what code 14 means on a pentair water pool and spa panel? I have a salt water pool and the pump will not come on. Its an easytouch system. TIA Rhonda

The ET is indicating Error codes 1 and 4.

With the Easytouch system in "Auto" tell me if the pump's display says "Display not Active"... If it does not, it means the EasyTouch is not talking to the pump.
I have never heard of an error code 14 for an EasyTouch. Where are you seeing this code???
How are you controlling your EasyTouch? From the main panel, from a Pentair Remote, or from ScreenLogic???
