Wondering who has had issues with the motor shorting out after 2 years. 1 month out of warranty and the motor is $800 to replace.

Also, if that’s Not the case for your particular bot, you may be able to pursue an extended warranty coverage claim through your credit card if purchased with one. Many Cc’s offer that as a perk. Mine adds 1 additional yr after the manufacturer’s warranty expires.

I had the same happen (motor fails just outside of warranty). a couple years ago on an S200. Maytronics surprised me by doing a “one time repair” outside of the warranty period.
