I think most people use the PoolMath app, which does require an Android or Apple cell phone or tablet. But the same calculations are available at PoolMath on the web.
The web page is a little busy and may look daunting at first, but if you have any questions about it, someone here will certainly answer any questions you post.

There is a web version of the PoolMath app that is in testing and will be available soon.
You do not need the app to use the TF-100. It just makes calculations and record keeping easier.

The Poolmath app runs on Windows also. You can get the app in the Microsoft app store. I run Poolmath on all four platforms, Apple IOS, Android, Amazon Fire, and Windows. I am still waiting for the Linux version though.
I'm not very computer literate but on looking over some posts re PoolMath... I have Win 10, no cell. Would it be better if I were to start off with the older version, or the one recently updated. Some posts say older is simpler. And which site? Would Google play be OK Not comfortable w/Microsoft, but if necessary would use it for download.

Just a comment about not having a cell phone..
I'm old as dirt and my first phone was a party line, and there was no such thing as voice mail. If you missed a call, they would just have to call back.. Moving into this Century, if I leave the house without my cell phone, I feel like I am naked in front of a room full of people. I am 'forced' to turn around and get it.. How times have changed...
I'm pretty sure that infants are born today holding a flip phone..

I have entered my basic pool info but am lost on trying to do a Slam. I'm not that good on some PC stuff. Should it open it from this TFP site? I'm using BlueStacks to open. Where do I click to enter my test results so that I can get how much chlorine to add, etc. Does the program keep my daily entries temporarily or do I have to redo every day? Feel a bit dumb as I can't figure the program out. Has this question answered somewhere at TFP ?

Make it simple for the slam.
Go here: PoolMath
Enter your pool size, your current FC under the word Goal, Target FC for slam in box under the word Setup. Enter your chlorine percent in the box with "6"
It will tell you how much to add in the box next to "Add".
Will not store results but will get you going.
If you want to use PC version click the + in the upper right, enter results.
The click the FC box:
It will bring you to this screen:
Make sure your CYA is correct (box with 90 on screen above. Your Current FC should be the test you just logged. Turn on the slam slider (blue thing next to the word "On"). This should have your slam target correct. Change your bleach %, then it should show you how much to add at the bottom to get from current FC to SLAM level FC.
PC version will save more than one test unless you subscribe.

Just some info in case a Mac user finds this thread. The last few years of Mac models that utilize Apple's processors (M1, M2, etc) can load and run some iPhone/iPad mobile apps. The Pool Math app happens to be one of them. You download it using the Mac's App Store.
Sidebar: the ScreenLogic mobile app will also run on Apple Mx Macs (but not the companion ScreenLogic Config app).

I may have found it, but different. Shortcut blue w/ + - x = /in a box. Looks a bit different but similar. I had already entered pool basic info. It's Pool Math 3.61. (BlueStacks) Will it auto update? Must try more a bit later.
