This started a about a week ago. This pump is less than a year old. The dedicated circuit breaker trips after 10 minutes of running. I have replaced the circuit breaker and the GFI at the plug with the same results. I called the dealer and they told to run the pool in whirlpool mode for 48 hours. They told me that the sand may need to be changed and could be the issue. I have searched relentlessly on the internet to find a similar problem with no success. Has anybody here had similar issues and is this just a pump going bad or does the sand really need to be changed after 11 months of filtration?
