Also how much liquid chlorine should I buy for startup for 10k gallons?
Liquid Chlorine right? The gallon bottles at lowes or Walmart? Not tabs...right?We didn’t add sequestriant but probably should have. I was told on here when I posted a picture of our calcium test that it showed we have metals. Don’t know when to add it though.
You will go thru chlorine pretty quick since that’s all your using and it’s hot and school is out next week no they will be swimming a lot. But wouldn’t buy more than 2 boxes at a time. Don’t know if you can even buy more than that.
Correct. Some pool stores do sell liquid chlorine in their 2.5 gallon yellow jugs. You may have to pay a deposit on the jugs but then you just take it back and pick up a new one.Liquid Chlorine right? The gallon bottles at lowes or Walmart? Not tabs...right?
Chances are, here in the Phoenix area, you will not find a pool store selling liquid chlorine in 2.5 gallons jugs - at least not here in the east valley. But some do sell 12.5% liquid chlorine in a four pack of 1 gallon jugs. The jugs are exchanged when you need more. You will pay a deposit on the 4 jugs and crate they come in. Most liquid chlorine offered this way is from Hasa dealers. There are several outlets in the east valley under the AM Corsons / Aquavalve name. There are a few other dealers in the rest of the Phoenix area also, so call around. Last I heard, it was $22 for a four pack of 1 gallon jug (not including deposit if necessary). The Hasa four pack is usually always fresh - bottled in Eloy and delivered twice weekly in summer direct from the Hasa plant.Thank you for becoming a supporter! You build was a good one!

If you do buy from Home Depot or Lowes make sure it is stored in a shaded area and check the date code!

Walmart, HD, Lowes and Ace usually have 10% available - but check the date codes. Prices vary.
