Best Pool Test Kits and/or strips For 24x52 Above Ground

My wife and I live in Opelika Alabama (South East AL) and this is our first year owning a pool. What is a good test kits and or test strips to use in order to maintain our pool the correct way? We are using a Frog system but I read on TFP that they do not recommend these. Any thoughts?

Speaking as a budget-driven pool owner, I price-compared for WAY longer than I should have and the TF-100 was the best deal when you compare the WHOLE package, especially since it is ALL together and you don't have to source each individual item!!
