Bearing going bad on Pentair 1.5 hp Superflo

Hello, 1st time posting here. Pentair Superflo 1.5 hp bearing is going bad, loud squealing. Hoping to find correct bearing size before I take apart. Pic of label is attached. Greatly appreciate if anyone can assist. Thanks!
