Algae Issue - CYA 90

Hi,
So I’ve been using my TFP kit for several weeks and stopped using pucks and moved to liquid chlorine. My CYA is 90, the algae has gotten much better but I want perfection. I’m draining - slowly and I keep reading that I should use the Pool Math app to tell me how much to drain and well, mine just says “draining some water and refilling should help”. Open to some guidance here. I may give up having only dropped about 10% and it’s been all day.

With a CYA of 90, a 50% or so drain is needed. How are you attempting to drain? You should always use a sump pump. There are risks to draining. Read Draining - Further Reading
