Yes - continue untilCouple of questions. My pool has cleared to the point where I can now see the bottom of the ladder. However I can't clearly see the bottom. Should I continue with slam?
Most likely algae - iron would be brown usually.Secondly I've been placing polyfill in my skimmer basket daily. It's capturing a light greenish colored "stuff" is this algae? What color would iron be if it's being captured?
They can gum it up if used on a regular basis or in too large of amounts. So I’ve learned my lesson using FLOC, but are clarifiers going to coagulate in my sand the same as FlOC did?
Not until it’s actually complete. TA is not very important, don’t worry about it until SLAM is done.My TA is pretty high. Can I address this now that my SLAM is nearly complete?
The ph test is invalid at fc levels over 10ppm so nope , you must wait - also TA is the very last thing one needs to address in the pool. Higher ta doesn’t hurt anything it just leads ph to rise more quickly. You have no recent ta logged in pool math so I’m not sure what you mean by high.My TA is pretty high. Can I address this now that my SLAM is nearly complete?
