Add Chemicals During Winter?

Hi All!
Do I need to add any chemicals to my Intex 15’ round above ground pool during the winter?
To close it, I just plugged all the hose holes, removed the filter and skimmer, shocked with liquid chlorine and covered with a thick black pool cover.
Any other suggestions are welcome!

Close it just like any other above ground pool. I try to protect mine a little more from the elements but other than that no issue...
