What happened to the poolside paradise topic?

I believe all of the Poolside Paradise posts were merged into the Coffee Bar.

    "Install Trouble Free Pool" popup

Lee, FWIW, I use an android and two laptops with Windows. After opting out twice before, I received a third pop up request this evening.

    Search optimization? 🔍

Searching can be a bit tricky sometimes I agree. Have you tried: Search > Advanced > Search Threads > Keywords? I entered "Winterize above ground pool" and this was the first result. https://www.troublefreepool.com/threads/how-to-winterize-above-ground-pool.284032/

    Pool journals

Let's ask @Leebo if this is something TFP has ever considered.

    Pool journals

Is that something like our Coffee Bar sub-forum?

    how to search?

Welcome to TFP! If you're on a computer, there should be a search bar at the top. If you're on a phone, a small magnifying glass (search icon) at the top. On my phone it's at the top right.

I'm sure @Leebo will crack the case when he returns.

    Link Issues

All of my menu links seem to be fine as well. You noted different browsers, but what hardware are you on? iPhone, android, laptop, etc? Maybe @Leebo will have other questions.

    Thanks. We'll let @ajw22 know.

    Wiki Link issue

Allen, here are some links I found. I think the first one might be the one that was supposed to be linked in the Wiki article, but you can confirm as well. https://www.troublefreepool.com/threads/relationship-beteen-ph-and-alkalinity.102514/...

    Wiki Link issue

I see what you mean. The link just puts you back on the same page. There also seem to be several similar-named articles about the pH & TA, so I'm going to tag @ajw22 to take a look in case he knows which article specifically the topic was supposed to point to. Thanks for letting us know...

    website seems to be stuck

Seems to be working for me. I'm on Windows/Chrome. As Marty noted, perhaps a cache issue. Let us know if you still have problems.

Soft spots under fiberglass pool shell

The shell is incredibly resilient, but worth discussing with your installer or perhaps the pool manufacturer.

    Phosphate tracker

Ideally no, and I think it's a bit premature to think that's the only solution. Right now there's a lot of initial thoughts being kicked back & forth, but before we get too far ahead of ourselves, let's give our Admin @Leebo and programmers a chance to evaluate potential options. There may be...

    Phosphate tracker

I am curious to see what programming ideas Lee can present. I use Poolmath for the basics, but I have a spreadsheet that I track everything from chemicals to wind, water refills to maintenance, dead critters to unusual chemical experiments, and even SWG production values. While we are careful...

    Can't Upload Pictures

I was thinking about 2 mb. @Leebo can you confirm please?
  20. Texas Splash

    Can't Upload Pictures

6-7 mb is still too large. You may have to use a program to further reduce the file size. I transfer my phone pics to my computer and use MS Paint to reduce the file size. That's just one example.

    Testing signature

Thanks for updating. :goodjob: I see your signature shows pool store or test strips. Have you considered getting a TF-100 or Taylor K-2006C test kit? Already on order perhaps?

Saving Pool School articles and such

Another way I've seen done is to create your own thread in the Test Track, Everything Else, or other sub-forum. Give the thread a title just for you, i.e. "Lavndrocean's Links". Then copy any URL to that thread. Once created, you can select that thread as "Watched" so whenever you go to the...

But to answer your original question - no. I don't believe we can search by location can we @Leebo ?

    Members by location?

I'm in Guadalupe County, but regardless of the location, managing the TA is quite simple really. If/when the TA needs to be lowered, simply allow the pH to hit 8.0, then use enough muriatic acid to lower the pH to 7.2. Each time you do that it will knock the TA down a little. Just takes time...

Hard to tell. I'll tag @Leebo who handles our Admin functions to see if he can assist you. Thank you for being a TFP Supporter! :salut:
