How did your system do? I ran the waterfall pump all night and the low speed on the main pump and so far everything looks fine.

Another trick I just learned - if you have old school christmas lights still out - run those around the pump/pipes and plug them in on a time. They won't get super hot but put out just enough heat to keep things from freezing.

Others smarter than me will chime in (hopefully). I'm in a similar situation this weekend (I'm in San Antonio). My waterfall pump is on it's own circuit and when freeze protection kicks on for the main pump, it does NOT kick on the waterfall pump. So my plan at this point is to just run it all...

Jim - I said "Max" as it was at the Red arrow which is roughly 20 psi on my gauge. It was NOT at 50 psi. It used to be 10-15 psi. I'm going to order 4 new cartridges.

Low speed = 6 psi High speed = 20 psi

This may be a dumb question - but what should the normal PSI be? I have the manual but there is nothing in it. Just says the max is 50 psi.

Only used a hose to clean. Never done the bath.

Update: Needle goes to 0 when system is off. Took the cover off the filter housing and didn't see any debris at all. Cleaned the filters about 45 days ago. Cleaned out the plastic basket in the pump housing. Pressure still at the max. Water level in pool is normal. Is it time to buy new filters? They are approx 5 years old. Any suggestions?

Mystery solved. I had my filter housing model wrong. It’s a c5520. So first parts you sent are correct. Ordering now. Do you think I need the inline hose bib?

Any thoughts on why I have the s200r nut? Appears that nut is different from the parts list above for my filter housing.

My filter body is c5030. Not sure if that changes the part number.

Just noticed a crack in a fitting that goes in to the filter housing. Leaking pretty bad. Going to call a pool guy tomorrow as I’m leaving town for work for 4 weeks. Is there anything I can use as a short term fix?
