Had been finding very small frogs in pool every day and I have the screened cage. Don't know how they're getting in unless they are getting though the overflow in skimmer tied in to the french drains. I corked it yesterday and today was first day without any casualties.

I have areas like that too most noticeable on the sunshelves, steps and swimout corners. They seem to be improving with the 2 weeks of brushing I've been doing but are still there.

Re: New Frisco, TX Pool Build (updated with video/pics) I've got 4 main drains on my pool - the code requirement is 2 for each pump.

It's 14 days from fill. I just gave it a test and watched carefully that it didn't get stuck. PB and plasterer said pebble finish won't be damaged by robot but I'll wait another 2 weeks before putting it into full use.

Really turned out great. Plaster looks exquisite. Must be even better seeing the abalone in person. Looking forward to seeing it filled and running.

Mine took about 37 hrs to fill with 5/8" hose. Your pool is 50% larger so figure 48 hrs or less with the 3/4" hose you mentioned. Looks really great. You will be happy when it's filled and hopefully your PB will do the startup ASAP.

Nini, I'm so sorry to hear about the new problems after all you've been through. It's not easy building a pool but at least you have a PB that you can talk to and reason with. Not like mine. It will all work out and you will be swimming in your beautiful pool very soon. :paddle:

I'll let the CYA rise slowly by using up some of the tablets. No more than CYA 60 until I get the SWG then it can go to 80. Raining - no sun so can't do CYA test yet. Water is crystal clear.
