    Leak from Raypak 2100 Heater

It’s been working fine. Is it urgent? Can I just wait until it doesn’t work? Any thoughts on the question I asked?

    Leak from Raypak 2100 Heater

Got it out. Can someone explain to me (in detail-I’ve never done this stuff before) what to do and how to reinstall. Where do I put the Teflon tape and lube? Thanks so much.

    Leak from Raypak 2100 Heater

It’s loose. It doesn’t go any further. Just spins around. The sensor feels pretty stuck in. I’m nervous to pull in the wires too hard…

Definitely leaking from the bottom. Here is where I am so far. Having trouble getting the top piece off any further and am trying to be super careful.

Thanks. Should the sock be loose at the end or should I pull it all the way down.

    Broken filter components

Two questions. The O ring for the stand pipe in my filter is cracked. Needs replacement? And the air vent hose is cracked but still stands pretty straight. Does that also need replacement? Thanks

    Adding chlorine with filter open.

Thanks. Here’s the full story. Pressure was going up quickly before I took it apart. I am leaving for the weekend in a few hours. I don’t want to leave the water stale for two days. And I’m nervous to let the filter run, maybe there is an algae issue.

    Filter pressure

My current filter pressure is 23 psi. (Hayward progrid de filter) I’m not sure if I need to backwash. I don’t remember the usual pressure but when I opened my pool it was quite dirty (I hadn’t opened at all Last summer) and maybe it already needs a backwash. Please advise. Thanks.
