Leak from chlorine feeder

I have a chlorine feeder that came with my pool. It is leaking terribly. Is it easy to remove it from my setup?

This is embarrassing. I tightened the lid and it stopped leaking. I guess I relied a bit too much on the guys I paid to open my pool.

It started leaking again. Even after tightening. What’s the solution? I have set to zero as I don’t use it at all.

I have a chlorinator that is set to zero (as I use liquid chlorine) which is leaking a lot from the around the top cover. I have tightened it and it doesn’t seem to work. Is it easy to remove from my setup? Is there another solution?

Connect these two points together with one black line. It will remove the chlorinator from the system...

Meaning unscrew it from the chlorinator and instead run the black tube from the two holes in the piping to each other? Is it simple to do?

No. Turn off the pump. Connect the two end points. Restart the pump.
