Where the pool water goes back into the pool and there is a light, you can see the discoloration. What’s the best way to clean this up? I’m assuming that I should put some silicone around it so it doesn’t keep leaking, but it’s minimal.. any suggestions? Thanks

Looked for a while and then decided to check a patch from the past…. Bingo…. Anyone else have patches that don’t last through the Ohio winters ?? Or just patch it better next time? it was clean when i originally patched it
