Ive ordered CYA testing solution for my T 100 kit. Anything I can be doing in meantime or just wait?

pH was low...4.7 and zero chlorine. Glad I added some liquid chlorine tonight. My pool math app for my pool (since they are similar size) says I need to add like 60lbs baking soda to correct pH.

I knew that was the right answer before I even posted....my test kit doesnt have the CYA test fluid (i ran out 3 days ago) so will at least test chlorine levels

I am starting my 3rd year on liner in-ground SW pool. I vacuumed the pool today to get areas the robot doesnt seem to get. I noticed these "lines" in the liner on the bottom. Seem to correspond to areas on the install. No leaks detected. Just wondering if they are something to worry about or...

In the event that my noisy pump does stop....where can I go to buy replacement motor. I currently have pentair 1.5hp single speed pump.

So my pool is going on its 3rd year of being open. We opened last Saturday here in Arkansas and when pump was turned on it sounds different. More of a high pitched noise, nothing readily identifiable. Pump working fine circulating water well. Just didnt know what this means.....if its on its way...

Hey everyone I opened my pool yesterday and tested water today. Water clarity is amazingly clear. All levels in order other than adding little salt. So here is my question When testing my calcium hardness it was 100. My total alkalinity was lil low at 60 and my pH at 7.6 per digital readout...

New test today FC 10 CC 0.5 pH 8.0 (digital) TA 50 Salt level 3800 This is with pump running 24/7 and SWG 50%..... so if I decide to shut pump off over night, then I would need to run SWG at max or 100% to achieve same FC levels correct
