    I had a pool repair service come out and they said my chlorinator was bad. The salt system was reading higher salt than what was actually in the pool. They gave me a replacement cell. I changed the cell and the issue is still there 😭

    I did register it and the registration says the warranty started on 7/28/2020. I’m going to call them tomorrow and hope it’s still under warranty.

    I don’t think he played with the system. It might be that he added too much salt. What can I do in the meantime?

    I’m getting that number from the display. I’m the system is just under 3 years old and I don’t have a salt test kit.

    I always keep it at 3000. I had a pool guy for a month because I was traveling and now it’s reading 5000.

    My salt level is 5000 I usually keep it at 3000 but I was traveling and had a pool guy care for it for a month. Does high salt ruin the chlorinator?

    I had a pentair SE that broke. I contacted pentair and they were unable to repair it so they said they would send a replacement. They sent me a prowler 920 instead of the SE. are they the same thing? Should I keep it or return and just keep?

    The filter is cleaned. I just cleaned it today. I’m not sure what else it can be. What do I check for in the wire besides any damage?

    My pentair warrior turns on, moves for a few seconds then stops moving and turns off. Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be?

    I scrubbed the plaster with vitamin c and it went away. Is there something I can use to remove it faster? The spots are large and spread out throughout the pool, so doing it by hand is going to be very tedious.

    I am attaching pictures of some of the jets. There are clear white areas where the jets don’t push water and darker yellow areas where they do. FC is 4 CYA 80 and PH is about 7. I’m not sure about iron, I never tested it for iron.
