My Hayward aquaconnect stopped sending signals to the pool. It still shows all the pool temps, filter status etc. It just won't transmit commands to the pool. My local RF remote works fine. Is something wrong with Hayward's website as I think it sends the commands?

I couldn't find a good answer on here. If I roll on a solvent based acrylic sealer over a pool deck with loop loc anchors is there any recommended process to not stick the anchors screws? Or is that not a issue?
