I have a Aquarite G1-011056-1 RevC board, it was giving me trouble previously and i replaced the thermistors and it worked great for the season .. Last week i noticed it turned off so after i checked on it it seems like the black wires coming into the board from the Rectifiers is burning up and bubbling ... Its also showing a PCB error :(

Is this fixable ? image below :

Is there a troubleshooting diagram / shall I replace wires and try ?

Thanks in advance.

I'm sorry you haven't received an answer. I will posit that it is significant damage and likely not repairable. It likely will require replacement.

This bump may catch a different crowd that can help.

That is indeed pretty badly cooked.
It is possible that the root cause was corrosion on the spade connectors which in turn caused the connection to fail and heat up. If that is the case, and if you are good with a soldering iron, you might be able to replace the connectors and all will be good. Based on what I'm seeing in your picture you will need to remove the PCB from the cabinet and closely inspect, it may be beyond repair.
The other possibility is that there is a fault in the cell causing it to draw too much current with the same end result.

High salt levels cause high amps in the Aquarite which cause overheating of components.

The Aquarite has a High Amp shutdown to try and protect itself but if run at high salt levels just below the shutdown level the heat damage is cumulative over time.
