my buddy use a pit barrel. It runs hot he says so his cooks are way quicker but still awesome. My baby backs were 4 hr cook.

I got a Blackstone last week for $44 to add to my smoker and Weber grill rotation. I made chicken w fried rice as the 1st meal and it was delicious ... and super easy. Smoking brisket today
