Filling her up, vacuum phase. PB told me to fill up until it reaches bottom of first step. I guess they come back out to cut holes for light, skimmer, etc. Do I need to let this vacuum fan run all night now that there is at least 6 to 8 inches of water in the pool, or can I shut it off?

Concrete poured yesterday... electrician doing final connections now. About 850 square feet of decking poured... way over budget on concrete, oops. We have another 3 or so days of dry weather so we should be swimming this weekend!

Updated my signature with my test kit -- my pool is not filled yet, but I guess I can test my tap water. I think PB is filling up from a nearby fire hydrant but I assume its the same water quality. Inspection is today, here are some photos:

All the equipment connections, plumbing, was finished this morning. Concrete guy is out today forming everything up... inspection tomorrow. Looks like weekend or next week will be liner installed and concrete pour! Amazing how fast this is going with good weather. Might be swimming by Memorial...

Thank you--I looked at your build thread from last year, looks awesome. I grew up in Erlanger. This is our first pool, paying cash so it's basic compared to yours. One day we will have a little more land and a little more pool!
