Jandy Aquapure Salt Production 00% - NEW Jandy chlorinator

CORRECTION -

When on auto and I try to manually change I get "JA" indicator - NOT "Jo" as said above.

That indicates that the Aqualink is communicating with the Aquapure control panel. You should not be able to make changes on the Aquapure control panel.

Yes - see attached - thanks

Walk away from the Aquapure control panel.

Answer our questions only using iAqualink app or web connect.

What water temperature shows on the app?

Yes - I get a temp reading from both app and web although 2 degree difference between control panel and app. Dont they take their reading from different thermos?

Do you have 1 pump or 2?

It says Filter Pump and Pump 1.

If the system cannot communicate with the pump, it should keep other equipment turned off like the SWG, heater etc for safety.

If a device is introducing noise into the communication wires (RS485), then that can interfere with the communications of all equipment because they all communicate on the same connection.

Solved it!!

It was a setting issue. Pump is connected to an Aux. Pump setting Application was on “Filtration” - switched to “Aux Pump”, error went away and working fine

Thank you everyone for all your suggestions!!

I am no expert although I would think that if “SWC” doesn’t appear, then the system doesn’t think you have a chlorinator connected - although others would know much better than me.
The SWCG works fine from the web link just doesn’t show on the Home Screen of the app. Glad you got yours sorted out!
