15’ round, No power to the pump or filter or saltwater generator yet. Waiting on a permit. I’ve been adding chlorine and stabilizer and just testing that in the pH. Anything else I should be doing?

How are you mixing it all in? So long as it is mixed in good you are doing the correct thing. I would check the TA as it and pH are "friends" so they both need to be balanced to help each other out.

Oh and I need to see more pics of the dogs! I have a bully named Neo!
I’m doing a very slow chlorine pour and mixing it with a paddle or and for the stabilizer for right now I’m using the liquid. It’s hard to pour being as high as it is for me. Pool store persuaded me today to use the tablets and it made sense.
The other smaller dog is a boxer but the are mirror images and he is so loving!
IMG_0975.jpegas a temporary solution. Though I hate to have the algaecide in there (green hair). I have been going in it to clean and remove leaves. Water looks good.IMG_0975.jpegIMG_0913.jpegIMG_2339.jpeg

You can get in the water and walk around in circles and that will really help mix it all in good and be very refreshing as well.

If you are using liquid gold cya make sure to dip the bottle in the water and swish it around good as quite a bit of the good stuff gunked up on the bottom.
LOL- that is how I stir it once daily! What do you think about the tablet floater temporarily?

If you need the CYA then go for it BUT make sure it cannot get stuck in one spot as it might bleach that area of the liner a bit. I will tell you it will not add much to your pool without moving water to flow through the grids. Do not depend on it to keep your FC up.

If you don’t have a pool brush & pole get one. Brush the area when adding chlorine or acid so nothing pools on the bottom as liquid chlorine & muriatic acid are heavier than water.
Get you a chair or stool so you can comfortably reach into the pool - remove it when you’re done to keep things safe for any kiddos.
I have a big wooden stump that I stand on cuz #shortPeopleProblemz 😂

If you have a robot, run it a couple of times a day and that will also help keep some circulation going.
