Couldn't see your pump (I should have asked). You can try hump up, single speed should push it out. If you see and collecting gasses, hump down.
Not sure if pump was running in this config...but looks like trapped gas (air or other).
How are you ensuring the SWG doesn't run if the pump is not running?
