OmniLogic - T Cell current Sensor Short K1/k2 Relay stuck open

Hi, I saw older threads but not sure there is a clear answer to my issue. I am receiving intermittent errors that the K1 and K2 relay are stuck open and the T-Cell current sensor is short. Error message goes away after a while, but returns. I changed the 4Amp fuse which did not get the permanent fix. Hayward CS is not existent and not sure what to do. Salt generator is working when no error. Is this the main board that needs replacement? Don’t want to spend $1k if it turns out not to be problem. The Omnilogis is 5 years old. Any advise is much appreciated.

There are three fuses on the motherboard 2 are 4 amp and one 20 amp. Check the fuses. It is often one of the pink fuses that blew.

Check the T-Cell connector for burning.

Check the front and back of the board for burnt components or solder joints.

What are the serial numbers of your cell and panel?

What is your salinity and how are you measuring it?

Not sure about the salinity. It shows on the omni
You need to accurately test your salt level with a Taylor K-1766 Salt Test or TFT Salt

The Hayward system has no salt system and the Omni display is just a calculation based on volts and amps.

I suspect that the root of your problems is way too high salt levels.

Your panel and cell are 5 years old from 2018.

I would check your salinity using the K-1766 and get it around 3,000 and get a new cell and see how your board behaves.

You can bring your cell to a Pool Store that can test Hayward cells and see what they say.

Do you think it is the cell and not the board? Thought these error messages are triggered from the panel.

Your cell is either on its last legs or needs to be replaced. Start there.

If you replace the board you should replace the cell.

K1 and K2 relays are on the main board...

bump. I'm having the same issue as OP. fuses are not the issue here, and our unit is less than 2 years old. I have a call out to the pool builder to check it out, but wanted to see, was @nestler able to resolve it?
