Adding Borates

Borates, if used, are added to the 50-60 ppm range.
So, if my pool volume is 17,634, that's about 45 lbs., assuming it's at 0 now, correct? Using the app, that's what I get. My salt is a bit low, so I'll add that first, continue to keep my pH in check, and then hopefully be able to add the boric acid next week, or once it gets here.

We highly recommend you understand your pool water chemistry characteristics for some time prior to adding borates.
