Hayward SP1091WM Skimmer Connection?

For those of you with this skimmer, what size is the output connector on the bottom? It's a large male thread that doesn't seem to be standard? I need to adapt it to 2" PVC. Thanks.

I am guessing the skimmer is already on the pool? I would go buy any and all parts to see what might work and take back what does not.

Yea...I figured it out. The internal female threads are 1.5" standard PVC. I have no clue what the external threads are for though.
