Dude it is expensive for me too! That is why I have an above ground pool! I can't wait for the pic of everything fitting like it should! So when will those be in??

Will the extra $$$ help it get through customs faster?

So my pool was delivered yesterday and it came with a bag of parts. In the bag was 3 return jets similar to mine only 2" socket. They are a loose fit for sch 40 pipe too. lol. A snug fit for tigerflex flex pvc but loose for hard pipe. What the heck?
These are all made for flex pvc obviously.
I have extra so I am gonna glue up a fitting, let it set 24 hours and pressure test it with 20, 30, 40 psi etc up to my compressor pressure of 125. I'm gonna stay far back. lol
If it holds 100+ psi it is good enough for me. The other brand of fittings I ordered will be in tomorrow but I suspect they will have the same tolerance.
I have 80psi water pressure here. I know because I tested it and had to install 50psi regulator for my irrigation system
Try the 2” OD..
Incidentally, I really prefer female threads in wall flanges because if ( and when) a pipe fails the MA can be backed off & the flange reused.
The ones I have ordered look exactly like the waterway. I will bet they are loose like the waterway and most likely designed for flexpvc
Did you try to fit with pipe? Maybe your street 90 is the issue.
Rigid or flex should not matter.
