My wife has been saying the pool water is making her skin and hair super dry. I believe all my numbers are right where they should be. What else could it be?

She says our daughters hair feels hard. I admit my skin does feel a little dry but nothing unusual for me after going in a pool.

Are they swimming right after you add chemicals for balance? Or are they waiting at least 15-30 mins to ensure they are thoroughly mixed?
Are swim suits fading?
Any stains or deposits on the liner?

I usually add chemicals after we're done swimming and let it mix for a bit before I cover it.
I haven't noticed any swim suits fading.
We have a fiberglass pool and no noticeable stains on that either.
You're going to tell me she's being dramatic ha.

Cover. Be sure the pool is open to the air and sun shining on its surface for a period of time before swimming. Need to release CC and allow CO2 to off gas.
What kind of decking do you have and how old is it? My fresh concrete decking is tearing up my feet and to a lesser extent my hands at the moment. Rest of my body feels great but my feet and hands are very dry.
