Wife and I sat by the pool yesterday and finished off a bottle of dripping springs vodka which gave me just enough courage to jump into the 62 degree water for about 10 seconds.

Opened two weeks ago with water around 60 and now around 68 degrees. Heat pump is going on tomorrow afternoon and hope to be swimming by Easter.

Ours stayed fairly warm after we ran the heater last week...well, until it rained. It's now down to 65 and even a little chilly to stick my arm in for water samples. Pretty sure it would take a couple of bottles of vodka to convince me to jump in!

We made it over 70° for the first time this season over the weekend. It hit a peak of 73° at some point Saturday and is now sitting at 70°. Time for some swimming or just a quick cool off...

54 in the water and 38 in the air this morning. If I can somehow find the time to get the all the equipment set up again its almost warm enough outside to not worry about freezing the pump.
90 yesterday currently at 86 today and should break 90 again. I have removed my cover for good so the temp is fluctuating a bit but we should get our stable warm weather soon.
54 today, but pool is open, hoping to swim by /if not before Memorial Day (with heater)
Finally hit 80 today, heater will be fired up to get it to my sweet spot of 90 for the long weekend.

First swim of the year. Water was 77 but it was 85 degrees outside, so it didn’t feel too bad. Had fun!
We used to live in East Lyme. Couldn't take CT tax climate anymore.
74 this am, supposed to hit near 90 today. May have to take a dip later in the day after doing Easter rounds this AM.
Probably hovering at around 60 degrees. Pool has been opened for 3 weeks as it looks nicer than the solid cover. Pump running 2 hours daily at most.

was 73 last week...daughter officially opened the pool (I think even she was a little cold). 70 today after a cold snap. Warmer weather coming this week, I'm ready to take a dip soon.

Depends on what size heater you have. I have a 250k BTU for my 26k gallon pool. I opened at 47 and in 3 days was up to 75. The 4th day, the temperature outside was in the 40's so didn't go up much that day. The 5th day was sunny and 70 and I was able to get it to 82.
