So I read to keep pool chlorine level at 24 ppm or so depending on CYA etc….Burt what kit shows anything above 10? Taylor 2006 does not, various strips do not?
What test kit shows FC levels at shocking or slamming requirements?

In the Test Kits Compared article in Pool School you’ll see the two test kits we commonly suggest on TFP. The FAS/DPD test found one these two kits are able to test chlorine levels up roughly 50ppm so either should fulfill your needs during a SLAM.
