What new heater for me?

But the aeration is likely to rasise pH. Is there way to run pool mode with 100% pool suction and return lines, and briefly every day in spillover mode..

Create a Feature Circuit, name it Spillway, select Spillway for the Circuit Function.

Then schedule the Spillway circuit to run for 20 minutes twice a day. I run mine at 9AM and 2PM.

So with Intellicenter, can I run return valve shutting spa off in pool mode most of the time. And run return valve (just slightly open to Spa return) in Spillway Feature once or twice a day to ciculate pool water.

No,

Using the Spillway the return valve is 100% POOL or 100% SPA.

In SPILLWAY mode all water comes from the pool and returns 100% to the spa.

On my pool, Spa mode has Return and Suction set to 100% Spa.
Pool mode (
has Pool suction at 100%, and Pool return with more than spa return. See attached picture.
Question I have is, can Intellicenter have
1. Pool mode with Return and Suction Valve 100% on Pool.
and
2. Spa mode with Return and Suction Valve 100% in Spa.
and
3. Spillover mode with Return 80% pool, 20% Spa, and Suction 100% pool?

Can Intellicenter handle all three of these?

Nope, actuators can only have two setpoints they move between.

So, please explain how you run return valves for spillway a small part of the day, and return valves for pool for the rest of the time. Thanks

Oh wait for you, spillway is 100% spa return with 100% pool suction. Probably at a low speed.
Spa is 100% spa return, and 100% pool suction.
Pool is 100% pool return, 100% pool suction.
Brilliant!

Set your pump speed for the Spillway circuit for whatever amount of water flow over the spillway you desire. You do want to turnover the spa water within the Spillway runtime.

Spa is 100% spa return, and 100% pool spa suction.
Pool is 100% pool return, 100% pool suction.
Brilliant!
FIFY

That's the way it is designed to work.

So, on spa turnover per day?

Turnover every time you run the spillway to refresh the water.

500 gallon spa. Spillway pump flow is 25 GPM. Takes about 20 minutes to turnover the spa water.

Don't run it at 10GPM. Or for only 10 minutes.

I actually adjusted the return valve so it was now in 100% spa for spa mode, and still in 100 pool for pool mode.
So Pool mode works fine the suction and return valve point 100% to pool.
and Spa mode works equally well, with suction and return 100% to spa.

But the Spillover works backwards, suction goes to spa, and return to pool. HELP.

Your actuators are plugged into the board reversed.

Open up the top panel and swap the actuator plugs in the two sockets - RETURN and INTAKE.

Bingo. PB put them in backwards, but it didn't matter until I did the Spillover change.
It often happens.

PB is clueless about the details, and as long as it works, they move on.

So,it looks like running two times a day, means two schedules, right? And your pool turns over the spa, twice with both schedules?
Yuo, two schedules at different times.

Ok, today's challenge getting Intellivalve to operate with the heater. Photo one shows the bypass valve in bypass, when the handle points to the right, it's in heater mode. It seemed to work great in manual operation. Picture 2 is the Intellivalve, 0 is heater, and 7 is bypass. Picture 3 is the bypass vave in heater mode. I have the valve going HOME to bypass, but it doesn't seem to move to 0 when Heater turns on. Thoughts?
