What does your pool paradise look like?

Yes it’s a 12’x12’ gazebo from Costco. It’s made by yardistry. We really like it. We ran power to it that comes up through one of the posts. Added a 4 gang box at the top of the post where 3 of the outlets are hot and one is controlled by a switch. Mounted a 32” flat screen tv to the post and ran a string of led bulbs from Costco around the perimeter.

Even though we're in the middle of town, it's nice and private! We're still only semi opened up. The shrubbery all needs some attention, most of the patio furniture is still not out, and the ladder, hand rails, slide, and diving board are not in place. It's not much, but we love it out there!

I wouldn’t call it a paradise, as we are in bad need of new decking and diving board, but here’s our pool. All credit goes to TFP for teaching me how to take care of it.

Your pool and coping appears in good shape. I dig old school style pools with bullnose coping. Would look great with a new diving board and maybe a repaint of the acrylic deck or aqua tile if you can/want to keep the style.

The biggest issue we have with the decking is the darn micro drain channels are clogged and broken. My FIL and I have toyed around with the idea of renting a concrete saw, cutting a larger channel, and installing wider channel drains.

Update from last season.. paint, plants, signs, masks from our trip to Chitchen Itza... On to the rest of the landscape
