When I turn on the pool sweep, the pump comes on but the water flow to the sweep does not change. Where the hose connects to the wall - the water pressure does not increase. What/where do I need to check?

Have you disconnected the hose from the wall connection to determine if any change in flow with booster pump or and off?
Does your VS pump increase in rpm when in cleaner mode? Does your booster pump turn on?
There is a screen filter in 2 places - one in the hose connection and another in the clear piece that is about 4 inches long and positioned after the hose connection. Are those clear?

yes, I've disconnected the hose and it doesn't change. Yes, the booster pump turns on. I'm not sure if the VS pump increases.
