I bought a Warrior SE this summer and love using it except for the cord. After one session, the cord ends up twisted so bad the robot cannot reach all of the pool. It has a swivel on the cord near the robot, but it doesn't seem to work well.

Robotic cleaners are not set it and forget it. I don't deviate swivel or not, they all need to be disconnected from the control from time to time and straightened out preferably in the sun. If you let it get tangled there will be kinks that remain and will cause future tangling at the same place more easily.
