Under Construction! Cypress/Tomball TX New pool build, small yard

Another update. We were out of town most of last week so no new work was completed, but on Wednesday and Thursday this week they went ahead and did the tile and coping along with setting up the equipment and running the gas line to the meter. Unfortunately they also cut my ATT line while doing so, so all I have right now is 3G Cell Service.

As soon as ATT gets me hooked back up I'll post some pics

For some strange reason I like you color choices... Your waterline tile and bon;-)d beam stone look exactly like mine. Looking good!

Now that I look back on your build I see they do look alike. Great minds and all that;-)
Since they are very similar, can you comment on how easy or hard it was to seal that bond beam split faced stone?
We're going to try to seal it, but it looks like it can be a bit difficult with the very uneven surfaces

I'm wondering if any of you Houston area members have any recommendations for the following services...

Landscaper: I need to re-sod my yard, repair sprinklers and add additional 2 zones. Add plants behind pool.
Gutters: I need to add gutters on back of house and possibly tie in to pool deck drains

If you have a recommendation, please PM me, or post here if allowed.

Thanks!

Honestly I haven't sealed anything yet. I am waiting for my PB to actually finish my pool before I start doing anything myself. I don't want to give him an excuse not to fix anything.

Quick Update. The PB came out last week and framed the deck, but never answered our question as to when they were planning on pouring. Anyway, we received a message today that they were holding off on pouring the deck this week due to weather. Hopefully we'll be able to find out in advance when they do eventually come out.
