This one is for me....

I dunno Brian, seems you’re slipping a little. Floors don’t match, and there’s splatter on the baseboard.
I think you need to stop hanging out with captain mellow and his CBD operation, it clouds the judgement.

The splatter is the blood from the last guy that made a similar comment?

Im touching up the paint today in protest

Painter came Saturday and got the back of the house done. He wanted to finish on Sunday but the HOA doesn't allow any work and I've already gotten in trouble for excessive noise?

The tile showed up this morning and I got about half of the roof done. The rest of my time was spent on Photoshop making sure that critical Rob's finicky eyes don't detect anything less than perfect?

I would get hung in that developement we started at 6 am everyday for 6 months when we were brincking my house and the same for the pool this past year. I would get texts from my buddy who got a text from my neighbor to tell my dad and joe to keep it down people are trying to sleep. Lol

Brian. Looks awesome man! Really really really awesome!

How your 100 dollar wonder speakers treating you? My wife was on me this weekend cause we had to turn up the volume while they were in the pool. She said “I thought you bought them”. I said no that was the unit for the zone I didn’t buy the speakers yet. She never encourages audio video purchases. Lol

Oh yeah, cause you know those painters, loudest contractors on the planet!!!

I don’t wanna be “that” guy, but those center windows look suspiciously close to the roof tile. ?

excessive noise?? What? You and your family having fun in the pool? Get one of those noise meters and take a pic of it to prove you could make even more noise! Wait I will send my Kindergarten class over! Those kids can make some noise!!!

It was the saw and nail gun they didn't appreciate?

the speakers are good but now that I've had him for a while I feel like they're missing mid-range. The satellites hit the highs just fine and the subwoofer provides enough bass but there just isn't anything in the middle. I'm hoping once I get the ceiling speakers installed they will fill it in. At any rate I'm happy with them and the price was right so I don't have much to complain about.

Suspiciously close or well planned and perfectly executed??

I think you meant the latter

A perfectly planned slide into the pool perhaps?

No seriously though. Wouldn’t the rain (I know you don’t get much) cause a splash back problem?

There's 5" roof to wall flashing that tucks up behind the window flange and the gaps between the tiles get filled with concrete. Its hard to make out in the picture but there's counter flashing against the house wall that seals the top flange. It took me 2 days just to install the flashing...definitely a less than glamorous job but very necessary.

We have actually gotten a good amount of rain since I dried in the roof and I've been diligent in looking for leaks.

I don't care for the look of the tile up to the window but I was pretty limited in options since those windows are only 24" off the floor in that room.

Ahhh, I see what you have now. Makes sense with that limited height.
I guess in the future, if you ever decided to upgrade windows, you could always reframe that opening to make it aesthetically more pleasing.
