I use and suggest the Taylor K-1766 salt test kit.. I find that it works best with the speed-stir magnetic mixer as I can't count drops, swirl the test tube, and pay attention to the color, all at the same time..
I bought a (very) cheap salinity tester on Amazon but it's hard to read and use plus it takes quite a long time to register. Can anyone recommend a good one to get?
