Thank you, Tx. My wife and I went back and forth with stamped and a broom finish,We decided to go with the light broom modern clean look and we're happy we did.

Furthermore, we were going to add color to the coping and we removed it at the last minute.We felt it would take away from pool tile and stone ledger.We put a lot of thought into the concrete and went back and forth several times.In the end we felt simple was the better choice and would give us the look we were looking for.

Now don't let the spa water overflow into the pool just in case it causes a streak in the new plaster. Keep the water flowing into the pool until it hits the middle of the waterline tile. If you stop it before it could make a ring on the plaster that is almost impossible to get off
