I decided to go with Circupool. I like their product and all the reviews I read were positive. I'm ditching automation and going with dial up Thank you for the feedback!

Which equipment did you decide on? Pentair IntelliFlo's have been backordered for some time. Some retailers are taking orders and fulfilling as the pumps arrive. Not sure how long it's taking...bummer.

I have enjoyed doing this build on my own. I have locked in quality vendors at reasonably good prices.Its went relatively smoothly.I calculated I saved 25K. Now the fun part starts watching it come to reality.

Congrats! I remember how excited I was on dig day. You'll go from excited, to nervous, to "is it done yet?" over the next couple of months. Spoiler alert... It will all be totally worth it when it's done! We finished our build last month, and I think there's been someone in the pool every day since then. Even when we're not in the pool, we are spending so much more time in the back yard now. We've moved into the "why didn't we do this year's ago?" phase!

The pool is dug. Plumbing the next two days then Rebar on Friday. I will have the steel inspected on Monday and Gunite Wednesday or Thursday if everything goes as planned.
