Our spillway between the hot tub and pool has stopped working after changing filter and o rings that has leaks. Anyone can help? It’s a pentair easy touch system

Do you want the spillover running in POOL mode?
The green valve is open and I will assume it is your pool return.
The red valve is closed and that may be your spa makeup line. Open the valve and see if water flows into your spa.
We should discuss not having your spa spillover running in POOL mode and the advantages of using SPILLOVER mode and running your spillover twice a day for 20 minutes to reresh the spa water.

This is the control panel. We bought the house a few months ago. The waterfall from the hot tub to the pools been on every day slow trickling since we bought it whenever the pumps on. I assume that’s how it is supposed to be?

If you did not have automation then you need to let the spa spillover into the pool to keep the spa water refreshed.
Within the EasyTouch you have a choice. You can let the spa spillover run. The downside is the spillover causes aeration which causes your pH to rise. And your spillover and spa wall can accumulate scale from pool water evaporating on it.
Read Pentair Automation Systems - Further Reading about how to setup spillover mode on your EasyTouch. You can then schedule your spa spillover to run twice a day for about 20 minutes to refresh the spa.
