As Newdude said - the ph test is inaccurate at fc levels above 10ppm. This is why ph is adjusted to 7.2 before beginning slam.I just vacuumed to wasted 1.5 feet of water. I don't know if I can add acid with a FC of 20 or not. I use Magic Acid. I think the 24 oz of blue clarifier is the reason the chlorine can't do its job. I knew I shouldn't have listen to that guy!
During slam just focus on fc & cc testing.
Your last posted ph was quite low - I doubt you need acid anyway.
