Everywhere I go in am told there is a diagram inside the unit. I took it apart and there is none that I see. I go online for how to change but I can't find any for my specific model.

See the set of terminals in the lower left of the top pic... Remove the jumper and make another one and jump both outside terminals to the terminal next to them. Be sure that you're only providing 120 volts to the unit when hooked like this. It's also a very good idea to make a note or label and place it in the panel to indicate that it's been changed.
