We have a pool for our subdivision (20 x 40 ft).

We recently refurbed our salt water pool: New Plaster decking, coping, tile etc.

Our chlorinator does reverse polarity according to the manufacturer.
Our CPO cant figure out the issue, and we are lost. Here is the info our CPO provides us on a weekly basis:

Primary Readings
Free Chlorine1
pH7.6
Phosphates0
Cleaned FilterYes
Total Alkalinity130
Cyanuric Acid60
Current Filter PSI17

The flakes seem to react to vinegar. Theysink and collect by all the returns in our pool.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Pic,

What is your Calcium Hardness (CH) level and pool temperature?

I get similar "stuff" if I don't keep my CSI in check... Although I never see it in the pool, just in the cleaner that collects it..

Thanks,

Jim R.
