I am having my concrete deck pavers installed next week. Should I consider sealing them? Any advice on this would be appreciated.

No seal seems to last more then a season or two. Once you begin down the seal path it needs to have periodic maintenance.

Concrete pavers? Nah, they are fine without it. What you might want to do (and I probably will eventually with mine) is add some polymeric sand to the joints a few months after the job is finished.
