Remodeling pool deck

Hello everyone, I am currently remodeling my pool deck and wanted to know if these chipped corners are expected when installing new marble pavers? I want to confirm if this is normal or not before asking my contractor to replace them.
Also, I noticed there are pavers which are not level next to each other, should I make them redo them?
Any feedback will be appreciated.
