Rust on Pentair Control Box

You can try to clean it off with a wire brush and use a high quality rust conversion paint. But if you don’t figure out why it’s corroding it’s only going to continue.
Is the enclosure properly grounded to the rest of the electrical system in the house?
Does water leak onto it from where that gutter down spout is?
That area is the low voltage side of the panel. You should pull the wiring there and make sure there isn’t some exposed wiring and voltage on the panel causing corrosion. Maybe add some close up pictures of the panel with the door off and the panel open so we can see the insides.

It's happening on all 4 corners. Its been slowly getting worse over the years and I just presumed it was from the humidity in Florida. Everything rusts outside here eventually.
The box is 15 years old and was installed before I owned the home. I'm assuming it's grounded properly.

Here are some pictures of the inside. I can't find anything that is causing the rust from the inside. I think it's just from morning exterior moisture for 15 years as everything rusts in Florida.
Is there anywhere I can buy just the metal box or do I have to buy the entire control box? The insides are all working okay so I'd hate to replace it just for the exterior rust.
Otherwise I'm planning to do the wire brush, rust conversation paint and then a coat of paint to match the house. And downside to painting the box?

Pentair 2020 Automation catalog lists the various systems and accessories available.
Pentair Automation Parts Catalog lists the parts available. I do not see an SKU for the cabinet alone. You can buy a cabinet with the transformer.
I suggest you call Pentair Support and see what they suggest.
