I have no idea if I am posting this in the correct place or even correctly at all so if not I apologize.

My question is when the plumbing for pool jets are installed how are they water tight sealed?

Does the gunite alone create this?

Return lines are typically sealed by the plaster crew just prior to the overall plastering of the pool/spa.
