reinserting eyeball

What tool do I need to put this eyeball back in? No markings at all, but it is a horizontal jet in the pool and my popups are A&A

I just use my fingers. Put the eyeball in first, small hole out and the ring just screws in over the eyeball. Try not to overtighten or it will be difficult to remove.
